This site collects personal data in the following circumstances:
- Contact form submissions: Name, phone number, and email address entered voluntarily by the user. This data is used solely to respond to the enquiry.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp are recorded automatically in server access logs for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
Data submitted through the contact form is processed on the basis of the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the purpose of handling the enquiry. Server log data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for network security and system stability.

mivolitr.eu uses a single functional cookie (mivolitr_cookie_consent) to record the user's cookie consent choice. This cookie does not track browsing behaviour or collect personal data beyond the consent status. It expires after 365 days (acceptance) or 30 days (rejection).
No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used on this site.

- Contact form data: retained for 12 months from submission, then deleted.
- Server logs: retained for 30 days, then automatically overwritten.
- Consent cookie: expires per the period stated in Section 4.
